Meditation

Meditation is bringing the mind back home, and this is first achieved through the practice of mindfulness.

Once an old woman came to Buddha and asked him how to meditate. He told her to remain aware of every movement of her hands as she drew water from the well, knowing that if she did, she would soon find herself in that state of alert and spacious calm that is meditation.

Mmm!! :)

Jane and I meditated together at Rosebank. Sat out on the back looking out over those beautiful trees.

I'm planning on going there for a week sometime soon. I'd love it if you could come down/up/over for a few days or a day or the whole week :)

How was Monday night? I'm sorry I missed it but I ran out of juice, after 2 hours of art therapy, walking the dog then hitting Mum's. It was the glass of wine that did it :)
